hey there any one know how to give up smoking easier then those flaming patches?!

Just keep smoking, or do something else to accelerate your death.

Everytime you feel like having a cigarette go off and flick your bean instead.

I didnt think smoking could colour your fingers and teeth, but it does, my brothers teeth look all yellow now. I think he's started to use the smokers toothpaste now.

The smell alone puts me off, nothing worse than coming home and smelling of cigs all over your clothes.

Keep yourself occupied and don't be a spineless gimp?

Didn't you say the other day that you were 14 years old?

Oh and just stop smoking, don't buy any ciggarettes. It's the easiest and cheapest method. I had no trouble quitting strangely, smoked reguarly for 4 years and then just decided to quit one day and never looked back.
