How can I tell if my Harry Potter Order of the Pheonix book is the 1st edition or not?

They printed mass amounts of the first edition of it, it's probably not going to be rare for a very very long time.

Thanks. I have a first edition of Order of the Pheonix, and it's hardback.

Is it worth much?

One of the first few pages, before the story starts.

I think it should say first edition if it is.
