I know games-wise its a piece of crap but I got the QD version off ebay for under half price. Wanted it mainly for the mp3 player and was then told that the old one has an mp3 player but not the new one!

The game selection is certainly limited and obviously very poor but I figure seeing as ive got it and it claims to specialize in "gaming" is there anything worth buying for it? If so ill sniff around on ebay for them and get them on the cheap. I certainly aint paying the likes of £20 for anything.

Has anyone else got an n gage or a qd? whats your thoughts? anything remotely playable for them?

You need to contact the seller about shipping costs, but I can't imagine it will be much, rest of it looks legit.

Is it just me or is there no ‘buy now’ button on that page?

Right gordenisagaybys I've bought a mmc reader for £5 and i'm now looking at a very cheap mmc 1 gig card ending in a day. But it looks too good to be true for £11.

would you take a look for me and point out the catch;

an MMC reader will be about a tenner delivered, and you'd want a 1 gig MMC which will probably come from hong kong, and that will set you back about another £40 but it's worth it. You will need to install realplayer onto the symbian phone, but that usually comes with the disc or it can be found on the net.
The resolution isn't the best, but then again the resolution of the ngage itself isn't up to much but it is watchable and very good for wasting time on the bus/plane/loo

yeah *ahem* backed up games. Get yourself a cheap MMC card reader rather than a data cable and get yourself a compatable MMC card (just type n gage MMC in ebay)

You can buy loads of discs off ebay packed with movies and tv shows, I've got three series of scrubs, Southpark and friends not to mention tons of movies and on a 1 gig MMC you can fit over 10 whole movies which isn't bad and the N gage battery is good enough to still hold a decent charge after watching a couple of movies

They play downloadable movies? dont think mine comes with a data cable but I shall see if I can get one cheap of the web. I'm looking forward to its arrival now and even if it is dissapointing on all frontiers then ill just stick it back on with a £50 reserve.

what do you mean by games on cds? I thought the games came on little sim cards? Does that mean that you can write any game you want into an n gage format?

Can't believe you bought one and didn't research how good games are for it first...Sonic is good though.
