'Aitch', I imagine, is just how you'd spell the letter H if it were a word and not just a letter.

A, B, C, etc. - Ay, Bee, Cee, Dee, Eee, Ef, Gee, Aitch, Iy, Jay, Kay, El, .... etc.

I asked him that a while back. Apperently it's 'H'.
