The adverts are actually terrible, but the show itself is amazing - original, exciting, and tense, such a rarity. Check it out, or set your fancy Sky+, 'cos once you've seen the first double-length ep you'll be hooked.

That sure as creepy. I love stuff like that - really makes things interesting.

Well it could have been a mental thing, rather than a physical problem, or it could just be that his back had been bashed out of place in an accident, and the plane crash realigned it or something. That sort of thing can happen, but don't forget that the island may not even be in the real world, so anything can potentially happen.
I think Locke is a bit of a psycho, which is good. I like him.
Hero Doctor and Politcally Correct Iraqi are starting to annoy me with their all-round goody-goodness.

Unbelieveable? A TV show where they're on a tropical island with polar bears, weird radio transmissions and a huge monster in the forest? You don't say :D
He hadn't been crippled for life though, he mentioned he'd lived "the last four years" fine with his condition. It depends what caused his accident and how badly he was injured, no doubt we'll find out more later on..

I dunno. I think he was really there though. Someone from the tail section of the plane?

I severely doubt it. But I'm more annoyed that Locke was a Grade A loser back in the real world. I at least wanted him to be black ops or something. He doesn't seem so Evil now, even though he faced the monster down and lied about it.

Er no, try leaving a 4 day old steak in the sun, don't think even i would eat it! And before you go quoting they did it in Alive - they were in the mountains, perfect freezer!
WTF?

You find out he has a fake arm when he can't shake Kate's arm with his right hand, and then knocks on it. Surely?
Two problems in tonight's E4 episode - Lots of dead bodies. No food.
There was a simpler solution there than burning the lot of them and wasting all that precious meat. Would have saved that poor piggy's life as well.
