I notice there's ads for this now on Channel 4, so they've finally picked up this show.

The adverts are actually terrible, but the show itself is amazing - original, exciting, and tense, such a rarity. Check it out, or set your fancy Sky+, 'cos once you've seen the first double-length ep you'll be hooked.

When they first started hearing the noises, I thought it was some Gorilla of some sorts.

King Kong, type thing.

I'm thinking there's a Resident Evil/Jurassic Park thing going on. Researchers experimenting on wildlife (Polar Bears) on a remote island, and something going horribly wrong.

Probably completely wrong, but still.

Yeah, you were right, each segment of the show only seemed to last for about 7 minutes or something.

Incredibly annoying.

I taped this last night, and have just watched it.

Aside from having to keep spinning through the BLOODY ADVERTS it was great stuff. I'd read nothing about it, other than that it was supposed to be a great show - and so far, it's just that.

I have to admit, I expected it to be good when I saw the name "J. J. Abrams" in the opening credits. He's the creator of Alias - another consistently brilliant show.

My guess is some plane of boat crashed... carrying polar bears to a zoo!

The message had been repeating for 16 years. At no point did it mention she was still alive.

Yeah same here, it was a good device to use, homing in on the fact that they were on a completely remote island, no other human contact etc

I really enjoyed this last night, the first episode played out brilliantly, but it got one heck of a lot better by the second.

The guy that plays the British Rock Star (Charlie I think), what sort of drugs was he taking? My knowledge of narcotics isn't great, but from what I saw it looked like he was eating a whole load of brown sugar. Most likely Heroin, yes, but was he eating it to evade the security people outside the toilets?

I decided not to watch the "E4 first look" thing, mainly because I can now look forward to next week.

And the fat guy is cool.

Over the years I've become very jaded after many bad experiences with customer services, you have bucked the trend. Polite and efficient from the Freeola team, well done to all involved.
