'WWE.com has learned that Brock Lesnar has met with his attorney, David Olsen, to discuss the written contract offer Lesnar received last week from World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. It is unclear when the contract will be signed. The terms were not disclosed.'
Personally, I'd love to see Brock back in the WWE despite him walking out on the company last year. He's far, far better than any of the other 'big' guys that the WWE have and I can imagine the heat he'd get would probably make for a good ol feud with Batista, which is probably on the cards already should he return.
Wonder if he'll make a appearance at Summerslam?
Anyways, Discuss the news people.
He could of just stuck with his lovely wage and mass popularity. But instead he followed his dream, taking a massive paycut in the process I expect...
Okay, so he failed. But you can't diss a guy that much for just trying to do what he really wanted to do.
However, I agree that he should still have to earn his stripes. But I don't think what he did in the first place was all that wrong anyway...
I've always seen Lesnar as a wrestler with potential but pushed too early. I hope he's forced to work his way up. He might learn something.
Hassan did perform well, as you say it wasnt his fault Creative lumbered him with that gimmick but he is suffering now because he may be fired.
I personally hope he isnt fired because he is a good wrestler and can be good entertainment in my opinion even if i hated his gimmick. He has the skills they need to be used right.

I agree the paralysis thing was too much, I can't (and won't) justify that.
Even so, I'd prefer people who work in the wrestling business not to bury something I'm so passionate about with disdain in favour of another sport, then come crawling back because they failed in that other sport just for the money offered. I'd also prefer the people who are genuinely passionate about the sport (as well as talented and over) to be the ones who get the pushes over the ones who are there for financial gain alone, even if it's in a promotion I personally dislike.
What about all the guys who stuck with WWE while Lesnar was gone who could have got a main event push if Lesnar hadn't come back? What about the guys who have stuck with the mind-bendingly awful travel schedules, racking their brains about whether they'd be in the next round of cuts or not, busting their backsides even if they've been saddled with appalling gimmicks by the clowns in Creative (Hassan/Daivari, Chavo etc)? Will they get any sort of priority over Lesnar, or will they get shoved down the card (or even off the show in some instances) to make room for this giant shill? I pray it's the former, because Lesnar should be forced to pay his dues all over again, but I fear it'll be latter.
This is good business by WWE, because they should be able to make a lot of money out of this guy's return. However, for all the other guys who have the crucial qualities of being loyal and doing exactly what WWE asks of them to stay employed, Lesnar shouldn't be allowed to strut back into the main-event slot he himself gave up before. It's a middle-finger to the rest of the guys, and it's a middle-finger to the business as a whole.
Oh well, shrug indeed.
But y'know, if people would prefer more main events like Batista Vs JBL, then fine...
*shrugs*

I'm sure people can decide for themselves if they like his matches and feel he's worth cutting a ton of other talent to pay for his contract after throwing his hissyfit last time without "shoulds" and "shouldn'ts".
You lot should all be happy that you'll see some decent main events again.
WWE bring in an amazingly talented heavyweight (and for his size, he IS amazingly talented) and you still moan and even wish paralysis on him. For that, I'm not sure you deserve the right to enjoy his matches...
But there we go.
Here's a video of Hayabusa messing up the Lionsault... that's quite disgusting. Don't watch this if you don't like gruesome stuff...

While we're at it, here's Sabu breaking his neck as well, which doesn't look very nice either, so again, if don't think you're up to watching, don't click the link.
Not pleasant at all, either of them. Sadly couldn't get a video of Lesnar's botched Shooting Star Press, but these will have to do. I don't think the Hayabusa video is shown in full, because there appears to be quite a bit jump in the middle of it.
