I would like to know if anyone knows this person. He is from Birmingham and went to Minehead Butlins holiday camp last Friday. He has a shaved head but not bald, blue eyes, a chipped front tooth, a black tattoo on his right fore arm (black writing) and he was wearing a red and white Vodafone t-shirt and blue jeans.
