If you're tired and/or rundown then it's most likely a sty - I get one about once a fortnight.

I used to get swollen eyelids from havig long hair and it was getting in my eyes. True story. Go up the Doctor's and get some antibiotics. Or whatever the Scottish equivalent is, White Lightning or something. Yer bas.
