Well according to gamesradar.com (future publishing - NGC magazine), the top 5 most anticipated games are

1st Resident Evil 4
2nd Zelda Four Swords Adventure
3rd Metroid Prime 2
4th TimeSplitters Future Perfect
5th Paper Mario 2

Now something smells fishy here. It is very doubtful that the 2nd most anticipated game would be one that requires around £300 worth of kit to play. My guess is that people wrote in Zelda, meaning the Q4 2005 realistic Zelda that we actually all want, and as that isn't a game on their list, they put in Four Swords. Maybe I'm wrong but that's just the hunch I get.
OK I get that Resident Evil 4 is top (it's the new Zelda for me - then Resi), but where's Madden 2006??? This poll is clearly flawed. Beware faithful readers!!

That Nintendo bus thing at ECTS not this year but the year before.

That, along with Pikmin 2, was my games of the show.

Very revamped. And I've played it and it is a truly brilliant game.

But no, no where near is it going to outshadow the new proper Zelda sequel.

But you agree that it's not going to be more anticipated than the realistic Zelda or any of those other games. It's just a revamped GBA game after all.

For multiplayer yes.

For single player all you need is a controller.

And the single player is rather funky anyway.

Four Swords doesn't require any equipment.

Fool.
