Austin Powers 2 has made me laugh out loud the most.
Other than that it's probably Titanic.

I've always enjoyed the Hot Shots movies. Come to think of it, any of those nonsensical comedies with Lloyd Bridges in are fantastic, Airplane, Mafia etc.

Ghostbusters is comedy genius.
The film Clue is also comedy greatness and you can pick it up for like a fiver...such a great film that I ordered it when it came out on region 1.

He's back on comedy form in Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, not a hint of Lost in Translation in sight.
