I have a mate who acts like that. No matter what I say he just ignores me.
I'm just horrible to him, say cruel things about him looking scrawny and pathetic... call him obsessive and so forth. He sorta snaps back once in a while and now and again he gets annoyed and asks why I'm being mean.
And I simply say "It's because you're being an idiot".

He's got to learn, let him get on with it. If you have to do something show her up for what she is, dont bother trying to tell him because he wont take any notice.
Telling him he looks gay in his sister's clothes might be a start.
