And I don't think it was England's first match after the World Cup final, because it was in April 1967. Which was 9 months later. And I doubt England went 9 months without playing a game.

Also back in 1966 when England won the cup, first game after that was against us, we beat them 7-1 i think. Yet another victory for the scots.
Scotlands clubs were the first to win in Europe as well.

Scotland won the last game of football between the two, so Scotland must be better at football too.
