I'll answer for you. NO!!

Ive got an old 14 inch monitor that I'm trying to get rid of and nobody wants it. For free that is. And I wouldnt be able to sell it on ebay because nobody would pay for the postage which would be more than the monitor is worth.

Ive been told you cant just bin them, they need to be disposed of, like a fridge has to be.

Anyone got any ideas of what I could do with it?

Aye. We cleared the garage out the other week, which meant I got to completely demolish several bits of furniture to be thrown away.

Rather fun - yes, I probably could have done it quicker with a screwdriver, but kicking and throwing and laying into with a hammer is much more rewarding.

I've always found it more fun to destroy things with yours hands and feet, it's sort of empowering. More likely to get hurt though at the same time.

They didn't give me any safety information when I worked in Rowland's Pharmacy for the two weeks.

However, within ten minutes of being there they'd put me on the till and sent me to the bank to get change.

All I learnt safetywise is I wasn't allowed to serve methodone customers.

When i was on Work Experience we didnt dispose of them any special way.

All you basically do is hold the monitor in both hands, lift above your head and throw hard into a skip.

That is alright to do as long as you dont hear a hissing noise. If you hear a hissing noise you have to run away because it means some gas is leaking out that could kill you.

Thats the exact safety guidelines they gave me.

No wonder they have just gone out of business!

Darn, I thought you meant a heart monitor. I'm getting old you see.

Smash it over your mates head in such a way that his head gets stuck in it, then the hospital will dispose of it for you.

Rip off Yeti Sports and smack it as far as you can across the room.
