It's OBVIOUSLY because we won the olympic bid and Iraq or one of those other countries entirely unrelated to the 9/11 attack were angry they didn't get to host it because they're all violent anti-western psychos who claim membership to Al Quaida, The Pixie-Dust trio and other fictional terrorist groups.
The only was we can reconcile this is to get Gary Linekar to make a speech about sportsmanship, decrease assylum to stop those coloureds getting into our pure aryan country and declare a holy war on North Korea and kill some Asians because they're all haters of the west.

I've had plenty of Muslim friends, and I understand that the high majority of them are peaceable, very nice people.
However, this is clearly an attack from Al Qaeda or another terrorist extremist group. G8 are meeting in Gleneagles and there is no '*better*' time for these terrorists to strike than now.
If it was to do with G8, then it would have been a demonstation in Scotland. This is plainly a terrorist attack of some kind.
Now all you people who are so anti-Blair that the thought of remotely agreeing with anyone of his statements/opinions makes you sick, might want to grow up.
I have a very strict view of what should happen to those who take the lives of others. If you asked me if a man who rapes a teenage girl and kills her should be hung, kneecapped and shot, i'd say yes. If you take a life/lives, you lose your own. Britain was at its strongest when we hung people, had a great army and ruled from the throne with integrity.
