I have a wisdom tooth growing through and it's hurting. Git.

Any ideas how to make the eternal pain wither into a mere ache?

If it's a mild to medium ache, Beer should do the trcik. Anything stronger then you might like to try a 'herbal' remedy.

Here's another painful looking picture....

Ok Hedfix, pushing the skin on it doesn't break it, it just really, really hurts.

I hate you :-(

I dunno if it's grown out of the gum far enough to break the skin over it but it's a good idea.

I'll be drinking tonight at a party so it'll be numbed and il lgive it a go :-) If it hurts I'll kick your ass.

Nah it's natural and there's room for the tooth to grow etc - doesnt need removing or anything

Dentist would laugh and me and prod me a bit - there's no point really.

Er ... go to the dentist?
Sure, you'll have to deal with some more (well, quite a lot more) crippling, agonising pain as those wise buggers are wrenched from your tender gums, but after the endless anguish, brutal suffering and sporadic nervous breakdowns have subsided, you'll be fine!
