For the younger members here, it was a kid's programme where a celebrity read from a children's book.
That was all it was, somebody sitting there reading a book to camera and we sat and listened.
A bloody good kid's programme. No sirens and claxons and flashing lights and audiences baying for blood or hyperactive presenters screaming and jumping about like PCP'd hummingbirds.
1 person reading.
And some of the previous people to have read include Peter Sellers, Joanna Lumley, Denholm Elliott, Arthur Lowe, Kenneth Williams, Alan Bennett, Maggie Smith, Bernard Cribbins, Judi Dench, and Paul Merton.
Now all we need is Swapshop back and I'll be happy.

Can she actually read?

Ah yes, the Maze. It was brilliant. At least, before Richard O'Brien took off with Mumsie and left us with a host that had far too much hair for my liking. Best zone - Aztec zone. I've got one of those crystals somewhere, don't know how I got it.
Christ, it'll be like listening to a 4 year old trying to narrate War & Peace...
That and the Crystal Maze.

You lie. Knightmare was ultimate. It's that programs fault I like stuff like Lord of the Rings and Buffy.
Comedy comedy program. You always felt happy for them when they reached the dragon and flew away, but it rarely happened.
Do I get Challenge on Freeview, by any chance?

Spell cast, L I E S.
I'd rather see new 'When Games Attack' episodes.
