Well, worth a try I guess.
Here's an interesting development. The wrist seems very very sore. I mean, like on the outside. Been on my computer for an hour or so now and from the wrist to about two inches into my arm, it's very very very sensitive. It hurts when I touch it. Strange?
Also, I've noticed when I lift stuff, not like, really really heavy stuff, just like the kettle this morning, it hurts all the way down my forearm to my elbow.
I should go see a doctor really.
Anyway slap (literally obviously) some ice on it, ok then?
I mean, isn't that a term that includes tendonitis?
repetitive strain injury
n. (Abbr. RSI)
Damage to tendons, nerves, and other soft tissues that is caused by the repeated performance of a limited number of physical movements and is characterized by numbness, pain, and a wasting and weakening of muscles.

It is a reflection of the Sea
I'm guessing it's tendonitis, because I did some research and it's only likely to be either that or carpel tunnel syndrome, but I don't have the right symptoms for CTS, so I diagnose myself with tendonitis.
So I'm eating loads of bananas (potassium and magnesium or something), drinking craploads of water (tendons are mostly water) and peeing like a fountain. Seriously, I have never got up to go to the toilet this much before in my whole life. Talk about exercise...
