Well I know a lot of you play classic games. But have you got any on your PC and if you do what ones do you have and what is your best one? Are you even going to tell me?Ok so we are not really talking in this are we?

Yeah that does seems a bit more than RSI, but I'm no real doctor, so I'd get it checked.

Will that help?

Well, worth a try I guess.

Here's an interesting development. The wrist seems very very sore. I mean, like on the outside. Been on my computer for an hour or so now and from the wrist to about two inches into my arm, it's very very very sensitive. It hurts when I touch it. Strange?

Also, I've noticed when I lift stuff, not like, really really heavy stuff, just like the kettle this morning, it hurts all the way down my forearm to my elbow.

I should go see a doctor really.

Yeah, sorry, not with it tonight - I mean it's not every night you're made president of the moon!

Anyway slap (literally obviously) some ice on it, ok then?

yes...

I mean, isn't that a term that includes tendonitis?

repetitive strain injury
n. (Abbr. RSI)

Damage to tendons, nerves, and other soft tissues that is caused by the repeated performance of a limited number of physical movements and is characterized by numbness, pain, and a wasting and weakening of muscles.

Erm... 'Repetitive strain injury' was more my line of thinking.

Isn't RSI an umbrella term?

I don't know really. It doesn't actually hurt most of the time, it's just when I do something involving lots of repetitive movement of it.

I'm guessing it's tendonitis, because I did some research and it's only likely to be either that or carpel tunnel syndrome, but I don't have the right symptoms for CTS, so I diagnose myself with tendonitis.

So I'm eating loads of bananas (potassium and magnesium or something), drinking craploads of water (tendons are mostly water) and peeing like a fountain. Seriously, I have never got up to go to the toilet this much before in my whole life. Talk about exercise...
