You have a total of 275 points to assign to your attributes (Over, Brawling, Speed, Technical, Charisma) and 1 'special skill', as well as assigning yourself an age, weight class, nationality etc...
So for example, if I were to create:-
Name:- The Cong Man
Age:- 25 (Notes:- Any wrestlers under the age of 18, or over the age of 70 will not be valid)
Weight Class:- Heavyweight (Heavyweight or Lightweight)
Nationality:- British (Choices are:- American, Canadian, Japanese; Australian; British; European or Rest of World, only.)
Gender:- Male (Male or Female)
Over: 25
Brawling: 80
Speed: 20
Technical: 75
Charsima: 75
Special: High Spots (Choose from High Spots; Superstar Look; Fonze Factor; Menacing; Trainer or Announcer only)
Once submitted your 'CAW' will be added to your roster and will be available for immediate use.
Age:- 21
Weight Class:- Heavyweight
Nationality:- Canadian
Gender:- Male
Over: 20
Brawling: 40
Speed: 43
Technical: 87
Charsima: 85
Special: High Spots
Age:- 24
Weight Class:- Lightweight
Nationality:- British
Gender:- Male
Over: 55
Brawling: 0
Speed: 70
Technical: 80
Charisma: 70

You get one 'custom' character. You obviously can't use guys who aren't on your roster, even if it's only for big announcements...

Umm, good point. Not something I'd thought of. The change wouldn't be instant, but I guess you could e-mail me and request that they are 'trying to bulk up' and become a heavyweight and I could make a gradual change or something.
