It's all gone now. Drinking beer helps.
I find drinking water helps, but not big gulps, lots of little sips, swallowing all of the time, will force it back down, where it can be dispelled by other natural means.

drink water backwards (out the wrong side of a cup) do it over asink or you douse yourself though
