Those of you that have been on this forum for a while might remember a thread I did a while back on the MMORPG Guild Wars. Yes, it's the first MMORPG to have NO MONTHLY FEES. That got me interested straight away but now, the game will be available to play throughout the weekend in a World Preview, where the most of the world will be able to connect and play the game throughout the weekend. Gamespy have put up a download for the game client along with every other bit of information that's known about this game:

I downloaded the game client, which I then opened and had to download loads of files but it was only 9MB in the end. You have to sign up for an account and it took me about 1 minute to do it. So if any of you download it, post on here and maybe we can play together.

Yeah I saw you run one time, we both had bows and those weird creatures were getting pretty close and I saw you turn and leg it and saw my health bar going down, thinking 'hmm I'm dead' so I turned and legged it too.
I think someone else must have killed them becase I seemed to stay alive...

Yeah, the first time we tried the mission I had my sword and I died once and nearly died about 3 times. With the bow I only came close to dying once.

Lol yeah, I ran too. But of course you need a balanced team. If our whole team was rangers we'd get whooped, same if it was all warriors. The necromancer was handy too.

Best way is to have a bow and stay back.
And if anyone starts attacking you don't mess about trying to get your sword out, just run.
That's what I did anyway.

Well me and Bob just finished playing. We did the first mission :D Had to get a party of 6 first though but I thought it was pretty good, requires teamwork which I always like. No one can really go off and do their own thing, if they do, they just die :P

Those who have it, post your usernames on here and I'll add you to my friends list, maybe we can make a SR Party :P

I've actually got the client on this month's PCGamer disc. I thought I recognised it when I saw the name, I'll install it as soon as I can.

Had a go on this now, it all downloaded pretty quickly with me getting 80 kb/s, I only had to wait 1-2 minutes when I changed place. I have no idea what to do though, is there a tutorial on this thing?
