I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for when it comes to digital cameras to be honest, so yeah.
Thanks!
I take alot of photos of architecture and more than just the wasted on the tiles shots whilst on holiday.
If you just want a camera that's digital, as it were, then you can pick a crapgood one for about £100-150 (3-4MP, 5+ shot types, decent other stuff)
Put it this way, if there's any doubt over whether you should get the lesser or better one, and you'd really prefer not to part with the extra £100, then go for the lesser one.
Bare in mind the ones I suggested are compact/ultracompact so that cuts off alot of size and weight, yet has better features...
It's what makes you so special.
Anywho ... I'd say that's rather a large wad to be blowing on a camera. You can get a really decent one for less than that these days, under £200 anyway.
Should be getting this one next month:

Which looks pretty decent + will serve all my photographic urges.
Depends what you'll use it for, Imsupoosing.
and this proxy is so terribly slow so it took moons to appear
and i looked ungrateful :' {
for example, I've clicked post at 20:46 gogo!

But I'll be getting the Optio S5z (because it's far cheaper and a very stylish/easy-to-use/useful snapper)
Or
The Nikon 7900. My friend has the 5200 (one before) and it's a very nice piece of machinery indeed. It's this that makes me think I want to get it, just because I know how to use it and that it's reliable. It has many, many functions and equals or betters the quality of the Casio in most departments.
that helps muchly

Ugh, oh yes.
thanks djerrud!
Also, would we all agree that the 2nd in that table is the best?
Hmm
Nikon Coolpix S1
Niko Coolpix 7900
Optio S5z
Canon PowerShot SD300
Casio Exilim Ex Z 750
Infact, I compiled a comparison table, in a handy little website:
