Make your Tv refresh rate to 60 HZ as I cant play Burnout 3 on all the server, :< And don't get a wide range of serverws with 50 HZ

If you don't use RGB on a 50hz only TV you will be screwed though, it won't work.
I just go 'Xbox Dasboard' > 'Settings' > 'Video' > '60 Hz On/Off'

Yes there is. You can get an RGB scart and force the Xbox to display 60hz. You may or may not get screen flicker but it WILL allow him to join 60hz games.
You need to buy a 60Hz TV. There's no 'option' to change it.
Or you could play in black and white. ;)
