From this performance so far, I'm actually beginning to - somewhat insanely, perhaps - believe he has a serious chance at winning Wimbeldon.

It's an incredibly small chance, yes.
But it's a chance none the less

Everyone seems to be oblivious to the fact that an unknown British guy got to the third round last year too, only this year 'Tiger' Tim and 'Ruski' Greg both bottled it earlier than normal so the housewives of Britain needed someone else to think about while they flicked themselves off.

That might be a bit extreme...

I'll word it.

"It must be frustrating knowing that you're a more skillful tennis player but you don't have the fitness to accompany it"

That sounds about right.

On the same token though, we never wanted Henman to represent us.

The fact of the matter is, he's not good enough to win it in straight sets against the top players in the world. Therefore, he's going to need to grit it out over 4 or even 5 sets, which he's not physically strong enough to do.

Thus, he's good but not good enough.

If he improves his fitness/stamina I can see him winning majors in the future.

Soon after this match I decided that I wanted Ferrero to win.

And then I watched the Federer interview.

"So Roger, next round...Juan Carlos Ferrero."

I know fitness is part of the package and you need that as well as a good game to win. I obviously didn't word it properly.
