Just a quick 5 min look.

Antec Sonata Case 380W PSU - £75
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ 939pin 512Kb - £125
Sapphire Radeon X800 256M GDDR3 PCI-E VGA/TVO/DVI-I - £150
Corsair 1024MB DDR400 CL2.5 - £65
Abit AN8 nForce4 (Socket 939) PCI-Express Motherboard - £80
Seagate Barracuda ST3200822AS 200Gb 8Mb Cache 7200RPM - £65
17" TFT 12ms responce - £150
Mouse and Keyboard - £20
5.1 Speakers - £40

This comes to around £770. Obviously things can be adjusted to meet your needs and I've probably missed a few things.

Basically a few things you should be aware off.

1) The case and power supply may seem expensive, however never go for a cheap power supply.

2) Make sure the processor is a 939pin and not 724.

3) For RAM, you want DDR400 at CL2 or CL2.5

4) A low responce time on TFT's are vital for gaming and movies etc

If you have a friend who can build you a PC or even if you feel like doing it yourself, it's always better to build one.

You know exactly what you're getting and you don't have to rely on a company building you the cheapist pc available.
