Dumb 14yr slattern sues council for £50,000 because she became pregnant whilst at a special needs boarding school.
Apparently the school was "unable to adequately supervise" her behaviour and placing her next to a 16yr old boy's room.
Right, so because you decided to hump some sovereign ring bejewelled chimpanzee and got pregnant, it's the council's fault right?

It's ridiculous unless she's seriously got a problem in her head, but in that case the guy who tried to hump a girl too weak in the head to know what's happening or to say no then that guy should be hung above a burning pile of fake Burberry jackets and Le Coq Sportif tracksuit bottoms.
Seems obvious to me it is the Council's fault, and they should pay up. If you've got retarded b-tches and horny lads under the same roof, this sh-t is gonna happen, unless the school does it's job.

Depends on how severe her learning difficulties are really, the fact she's in a special needs school should give you an idea. I'll wait for more facts.
