I would like to remind of the Samaritans number, 08457 909090, as they provide emotional support 24 hrs a day. Before you take any drastic measures, remind yourself that there is a postal service on Saturday, so there is still hope. However if you do not receive a copy by then, there is a proposed naked march to Special reserve HQ on Sunday
