Works better that way.
Isn't that an expression of emotion?

Oh yeah!
Because if you were only 18 and were doing so incredibly well at your first Wimbeldon, and had just beat a player ranked 298 places above you you wouldn't be doing exactly the same
oh lol!

It's both options 3 and 4.
You can't stand the fact that a Scottish player is going to be Britain's best hope in tennis until someone better from England comes along. Which could very easily be a long, long time. I mean, when was the last time a British player actually won Wimbledon?
Why all this hope is always pinned on Tim "a quarter-final exit will do me fine, ta" Henman, I'm not so sure, because he never was going to win Wimbledon. He might have been Britain's best player for about a decade or so, but he's nothing compared to people like Sampras before and Federer nowadays. Good, but not amazing.
I have to admit, though, his matches are entertaining. In the same way that England always are at football... because everyone gets so built up due to constant media hype, before being brought crashing down again by average performances. This is actually a reason I'd rather Henman stayed in the competition for longer, though. Because the further he gets, the more "OMFG!" everyone gets. Then the disappointment is even greater. And it's great to watch.
I hope Henman continues to try to maintain a high level of play and that he isn't put down too much by today's occurances. The thing with Henman is that you're always guaranteed an exciting match with him, today's was fantastic as was Tuesday's. He doesn't seem to realise that it's not necessary to play all the sets in a match.
Murray did well today to win in straight sets but, Stepanek didn't appear to be on top form, there were a lot of unforced errors from him that he should have avoided. I can't see Murray going too much further and his next game seems winable, and if I'm not mistaken he would have played Nadal in either the fourth round or the quarter-finals so he may have been let off a bit there.
I can't say I like Murray though, there's something about him that makes me want to stab him. Maybe it's his uncalled for gurning after EVERY point, maybe it's his odd eye brows, maybe it's because I sub-consciously want Henman to remain Britain's No. 1 for a while longer, maybe it's because he's Scottish, or maybe I'm mad. Who knows?
Oh well, don't go off and kill yourself after reading tomorrow's headlines Tim, just hire an assassin to sort Murray out. Perhaps challenge him to a gurning competition (which he'll be unable to refuse) and the loser must give up tennis. Then, 'accidentally' injur yourself and have to bring in your substitute, that bloke who can pull his bottom lip over his nose. Sorted.
Unless Sharapova's on. *fap*
