Actually there was an article suggesting that a lot of Eminem fans were infact people aged 25-40 who are sick of manufactured rubbish.

I doubt they're all chavs.

So you're going to tar us with that filthy brush of yours?

Thanks...

Metal and Rap?

I've listened to enough of both to be able to like artists from both.

Don't like a genre? You haven't listened to it enough, there's always something in there that's good (even D&B!)

Now stop being idiots.

Who said it had to be contained to the forums? Rap/Hip Hop fans criticise people like me who like heavier music everyday. Countless times I've been called a goth or something alike, despite the fact I dress or act nothing like one.

The main culprits here are obviously chavs. Whether you like it or not, they are the main fanbase in the UK of Rap/Hip Hop. They go around spouting all kinds of ridiculous and ignorant crap like "UR SUCH A GOFF INNIT". As soon as it starts to go the other way they can't take it.

I couldn't give a rats ass if it doesn't happen on an internet chat forum. I'll vent my anger here if I please, especially if it's at the sort of poncey prats who ridicule people who have a similar taste in music to mine.

Have you actually heard Crossbob's opinion on economic growth in Southern Lithuania? As it happens, it's rather interesting.

Have you actually seen anyone on this board who's into Hip Hop and rap, actually venture into any of the many heavy metal topics and criticise people for having differing music tastes though?

Your point was about as valid as Crossbobs opinion on economic growth in Southern Lithuania.

*Swoosh*

That's the sound of the point going straight over your head.

I wasn't making it personal, I was only generalising. It just so happens that Bullett's post was the one that mentioned this issue.
