Manu Utd might be buying Micheal Owen if possible and that will mean, two england strikers on the team. Apparently Fergie wants a 'Dream Team'. I hope the move goes ahead, just to see Owen back in the premiership. Anyone else got any opinions?

hahahahaha you've been banned and rightly so.

The premiership is also not the best league int'world. It is one of the best. Amongst the best would be italy/spain and brazil/japan. but not germany. i dont like the bundesliga. it makes me angry with its rules on EU players. grrrr.

Anyway, Brit league is all about pressing/hard men/ and angry players. Italy has the best defensive league ever. Brazil/spain has more flair than Dida's shoulder (ooooh) and japan has much rising talent (like Argentina and Brazil)

stupid banned man

I don't think Michael Owen would be a welcome addition to the squad in the eyes of most fans. He's been targetted because Joel 'avid manchester united fan' Glazer likes him, because he knows so much about football...

Plus, the subject was David Beckham, not Michael Owen.

So you're saying Micheal Owen is playing amazing at Real Madrid? Do you watch there matches?

United would be best for him because it would allow him to develop his partnership with Rooney - provided Van Nisterooy steps aside.

But TBH I really don't mind whether or not Beckham and Owen leave or stay. Beckham is doing exactly what he needs to be doing right now - he's not out of position, he's playing well and his fitness has improved. As for Owen, he might look sharper for the World Cup after a season of first team football but he may benefit from the extra energy he is left with after a similar second season at Real Madrid.
