> How is the Literature course MJ? I'm thinking of taking it next year.
I've personally found it rewarding although of very little interest. I suppose expecting to enjoy an English Literature course is a bit of an odd thing anyway, but I feel that if your teacher picks the right units/novels etc. for you to study then it can definately be a course which has a balance in relation to fun and education. My personal opinion of most of the text I've read isn't particularly positive but I'm an overly critical person to be honest so that may go some way to explaining that. Enduring Love, Glass Menagarie (Yes I know it's studied at GCSE as well), Volpone, some play by Shakespeare which I loathed, Catch 22 and Slaughter house 5 are the novels/plays which I've studied in the past 2 years so thats the kind of thing to expect if it's something you're considering. As I say though, your teacher does have a certain degree of choice in what you're expected to study. In that sense it's similar to the GCSE course - I'm sure you flicked through the paper looking at the other questions you could have been asked.

Meh with a 4 day weekend I should of had plenty of time to revise but after a week filled with 7 exams I just cba. I'll probably fail now :/

4. Don't mind the Maths but 4 hours a week of English is just tiresome.

Heh, I'm good at Physics, Chemistry is the only one that's bothering me, should probably start revising for it today/tomorrow.

Smartass :-) We were made to do R.E a year early so there's an extra lesson a week for English and Maths this year.

Haha...lucky you really :P I found Physics the hardest probably because I never listened in lessons and didn't revise it much but thankfully the one formula that came up I knew. Speed = Distance/Time :D
