Sometimes you can earn extra stars by registering those games and filling in the odd survey they invite certain members to do...for example, in asking opinions on games you've bought.
It's only a small extra, and if this whole using stars for NES/SNES/N64 games comes to be, then every little helps. (that is, unless Nintendo directly charge for the games)

Speaking of Stars, is there anything good out there at the moment?
I've got quite a few unregistered ones, but they're unregistered for a reason - I can't be bothered unless there's good stuff.
