Simple really, after playing BLACK & WHITE for a considerable time, i can`t quite shake the feeling that i expected a little bit more from it, even though it is one of the most compelling and original titles to yet appear on the PC.
To narrow it down, i think that the game tends to focus too much on the micromanagement aspect, an option to automate this function would have been a good idea for those who wished to get on with the other points of the gameplay.
Do any other users feel the same, or do you have any other ideas to improve the game?
Hopefully Lionhead will take note ready for the first patch release!

I know theres a PSX version in the making... but Ive seen no mention of a PS2 version? ... Although there is to be an enhanced X-Box version (maybe thats where all the missing features of the PC version went to?) ...

I suspect that since Lionhead and MS's handshake, that a PS2 version isnt on the cards?

If you ignore the villagers, they just get on with things. They build houses, farm and fish, breed and carry on with their lives.

Leaving you free to set fire to trees, crap in huts and breakdance to impress other villagers

Yeah, i felt the creature was neglected. You have to spend more time on your villagers needs than you do your own creature - although my own creature has developed some very funny trates, like when he poo`s on his opponant after beating him up.
But i don`t like the way he just wanders around the land - sometimes straying into enemy areas and getting damaged! It seems the only control you have over him is to teach and fight.

yeah i was dissapointed with it too, i can say the graphics are great, but i think the al could have been better, i mean the villagers just sit there and dont do anything without you telling them to do it. I would have liked to have seen more challenging tasks, than just finding sheep and etc.

I thought there would be more emphasis on the creeature in the game when infact you can play though the game without it. Also I think more of the silver quests would of been better as i think that the first level is the most fun.
