Record any music or sounds playing on my computer. I've seen programs that record anything you hearon the internet, but s there anything to record sounds that are actually on my computer?

Hmmm. Damn it.

It's not even my fault that I have to go around the houses to do this. I have a music band's recording software- as I am part of a band. But it records all of our works into ".LSO" format.

I need to somehow convert them into a playable format of mp3 or something, so that I can spread them around.

I'm not sure whether I have a Creative sound card, but I think I do. Never seen the program you were talking about though, and unfortunately it's my old P2 computer, so it might be out of date.

If you happen to have a Creative soundcard, you're set. Quick question: do you? If yes, Creaive MediaCentre can do this for you. If not, then I don't know, sorry.

The majority of people have a creative soundcard these days, so hopefully you do.

Sound Recorder can do it if you're not fussed about the quality. There's probably a ton of programs for this sort of thing over at downloads.com though.
