I have escaped the first city and have gone to the hills and have done some amazing jumps, and i have done all the unique jumps in vice city and these normal jumps looked even better.

Yes you can, only for a limited amount of time though; which you can increase by excersing (running, swimming, riding BMX etc.).

The amount of times I've done a big jump and ended up falling into the sea... lol
