They're charging for it after-all.

Apparently the controller isn't finalised yet either which makes it harder for developers to make games for it.

I was going to steal their controller idea anyway...

Removing different buttons? Functions suggest other ways of control, like a mic in the controller or something. :S

Why would they let you download their backlog of games for free anyway?
And what I want to know is what they mean by "removing different functions" or something along the lines..

According to NGC it's highly possible, but it's all up to Nintendo's Rights Management. Still, the fact that it can sit on the Wireless network at home *shouldn't* make it too hard for some 1337 person to do.

Hmmm... they said that they might not be.
Anyway, if their internal memory is 512MB (rather than Mb) like the article says (and Nintendo have always worked in MB before) then it's only 64Mb.
That's enough for Resident Evil 2 and no Revolution game saves.

I think it's a perfect size for as many game saves as you'll ever need, but no good for storing bigger things. So if Nintendo charge you to download a classic game, then you'll probably have to remove it before you download another.

A good way would be to let you store games onto your PC (and game saves and the like - maybe transfer them over the internet) but I can't imagine Nintendo agreeing to that as it would lead to "piracy" of their classic games.

We'll see what they come out with.
Some bright spark will come up with an unnofficial program for your PC to connect to the Revolution with, allowing you to transfer files between the two. Then things could get interesting... :-)
