OK, I know it's generally considered a bad idea to send HTML emails, but a client wants it.

I've figured out how to send to Hotmail and get my images show, but not as attachments, using Mimetype (Mimes!), but they come out all wrong in Outlook - is there a special trick for doing this bad idea? Thanks.

I'm still having some trouble with this. It works perfect, absolutely perfect in Hotmail (and I assume any online E-mail services). The boundaries clearly work because when I hit reply I get the text version instead of the HTML version, as it should be. But Outlook still won't render the HTML - I get the content headers printed as part of the message, followed by the plain text message, but it still cuts out the HTML. Very odd.

The spam rating is 0.2 - non-existant, so it's not blocking it. If I make the newsletter HTML only, then that works, so it's not my code. But the problem with that is when the recipient replies, they get a duffed-up HTML version, when it needs to be plain text.

Perplexing.

Could be several things, but the most obvious is that you're missing a content-type declaration. That would explain why some web based mail clients are ok anyway.

Christ, that looks like a long article...will read it later.

By 'all wrong', I mean that it comes out as it should be in Hotmail, so I assumed all web-based E-mail accounts would be fine, but G-mail doesn't work. Outlook comes out all as code, no formatting.

The coolest ISP ever!
In my opinion, the ISP is the best I have ever used. They guarantee 'first time connection - everytime', which they have never let me down on.
Thanks!
Thank you for dealing with this so promptly it's nice having a service provider that offers a good service, rare to find nowadays.
