... in a 1 act play we're putting on at a festival / competition. It's called Aftermath and it's set in the aftermath of a nuclear war. It's deadly serious but very, very good. 2 Months of work, for one performance of about 30 minutes.

Hopefully it'll all go well. It's strange not doing a run of shows as usually we do three nights, but it just means everyone only has to get it right once....

Maybe he got boosted up a year but then had to retake because he couldn't keep up. Which would be poor.

Ahaha, that put an amazing mental image in my ... well, yes, my head. Muh.

*Jesus browses through the latest script*
"Omfg m8z!1 The basts killed me off!"
*flounce*
"I'll be in my trailer!"

Only better than that, obviously.

I was 'Narrator' in my Easter play. It's a part for people that can't act.

Well, we went on Friday night, and the show went quite pretty well. I was told by many people that the first show that night was dire, which made us all feel a little better. We went second, and the final one on friday
night was good, but could have done with being paced better.

There were two more last night, and then the awards were given. I couldn't make it last night, so I have only just found out that we won best production, and best set. Apparently it was "gripping" and she couldn't take her eyes off the stage, which is good to hear.

So here's to the next show, which we start reading for tomorrow night. Possibilities are Closer, Decadence and a couple of of others I can't remember.

I was King Wenceslas (with a broken leg and on crutches) and the Wolf in Peter and the Wolf.
