It's absolutely bloody huge (I've got lost many times and I'm only on the first section!) and manages to keep consistency throughout. I'd imagine the PS2 is really being worked hard to maintain all the data with the new loss of loading times.
There's a truckload of 'extras' too - Arcade games, car modding, dating, Parachuting, Graffiti-ing, Train-driving, private jet flying, gang recruiting... It's hard to get bored.
Right now I'm not even bothering with the missions - I'm too busy fighting for new territory for my gang and maintaining the current 'hoods' I've claimed.
Finally, little touches like being able to swim, Dress to your own style taste, refined and improved camera and the ability to move while crouching make me doubt I'll ever bother with Vice city again.
If you haven't got it, buy it. You will not be disappointed
