...back in the day when it was good, before we started seeing their personal lives and it turned into Hollyoaks: ER Edition. When Charlie wasn't a joke. You used to be able to play a fantastic game called "Guess who's going to die, and how". Anyway, this reminded me of the good old days:

"a passenger in the steamroller".. that struck me as funny, not exactly a likely machine for going cruising is it? :)

oh, and the best casualties ever were:
1. the one where the plane stacks into the motorway
2. the one with the gunman holding people hostage (although that's only good cos terminator was on after it)
3. the one where the animal rights bint blew herself up trying to kill that scientist bloke.

What's so unbeleivable about that?

Also yes I remember watching it in the good old days when it didn't lick balls. Still has that kickass theme tune last time I checked though.

LOL there was another episode like that when a woman, was trying to get something out the lawnmower. But her baby son was inside and found some matches and burnt the house. Because I thought the woman was going to get her hand cut off under the lawnmower!

You'd see the old bloke under the combine harvester, trying to pull out something that had stopped it working. His son would come out and say he was off to see his friend. We keep thinking that the combine's going to start up and mutilate the old fella, but it cuts away just in time to see the son ride out into the road and get hit by a lorry.

Excellent.

Me and my sister always use to have bets how someone was going to have a car crash.

It was always so rubbish and British... compared to ER or something.

The last one I saw involved a man stuck in the ground. Some old bloke tried to help him but fell in too... it was the most stupid fake fall I've ever seen.

We used to have bets on who was going to get jammed into something / run over / exploded every week. You always got a few choices from the painfully obvious 'set-up' bits outside of the hospital. Good times.

The last time I saw it all the doctors (like we care about them) were moaning about eachother and being tedious. I don't think anyone got impaled on anything. Disgraceful.

Haven't seen it for bloody ages now, though.
