Yeah but isnt this a possible ECW revival, meaning they want to make ECW look good. And if on the following weeks Bischoff/Angle are going to get the better of ECW people on RAW/Smackdown then the ECW people might get their own back at the PPV.

This time i think they have different motives than the WCW/ECW invasion before, because before they were established businesses invading, whereas now they are trying to revive ECW

I doubt it'd be a revival, the rosters are stretched enough just with 2 brands adding a third would be crazy.

If ECW is revived, my bet would be on it becoming a 2nd tier development territory (i.e. a step down from WWE, but a step above OVW). Where WWE can really test out some workers by putting them through the Hardcore mill (i.e. weed out the Brock Lesnar's from the John Cena's), with paul heyman in full creative control...

Obviously not as good a full-fledged ECW, but probably the best we can hope for.

It was posted on a very reliable wrestling news website, but a couple of months have passed since, so he may have changed his mind I suppose...

vice mcmahon is having the ecw back in business

and there will not be an invasion that will stop it from happening

it will be good as superstars can come and go

i have always wanted the rock or undertaker to do a move onto their opponent in the crowd

You're such a mark, you make Wardy look clued up.

See above.

Yup Shane Douglas is setting up another ECW event which will most likely be truer to the actual thing.

Hmm, history seems to have conveniently forgotten that Shane Douglas was ECW's Triple H...
