"splinter cell v metal gear solid"

to of the best stealth games going together in a deadly combat to see which one is the best. they both have the same good graphics and the same good plot but splinter cell lets you do loads of cool acrobatics while metal gear doesnt really. i dont really know which one to buy. help me deside.

Except on the new SC you can charge through most of it with an assault setup.

What? There's nothing that beats the feeling of taking out a light in a room, luring a guard upstairs and snapping his neck, then continuing to pick off the rest of them one by one.

I liked the stealth bits in OOT too.

Sneaking out of the thieves camp?

Sneaking into the palace?

Quality.

Oh and: Thief 3.

is more realisticly violent, how is anyone actually going to pull off what sam fisher can do? I know its a game and all, but mgs gives more of an insight to being the guy behind the game, for me. :P

Very realistic.

I prefer MGS due to the completely OTT storylines.

They basically are just an interactive movie.

Solid Snake's got the arrogance of a Yoo player. Fisher is a machine. A well oiled, sexy, old machine. That can snap your neck from 30 yards. True story.
