"splinter cell v metal gear solid"

to of the best stealth games going together in a deadly combat to see which one is the best. they both have the same good graphics and the same good plot but splinter cell lets you do loads of cool acrobatics while metal gear doesnt really. i dont really know which one to buy. help me deside.

I liked the stealth bits in OOT too.

Sneaking out of the thieves camp?

Sneaking into the palace?

Quality.

Oh and: Thief 3.

What? There's nothing that beats the feeling of taking out a light in a room, luring a guard upstairs and snapping his neck, then continuing to pick off the rest of them one by one.

Except on the new SC you can charge through most of it with an assault setup.

As opposed to strangling them, shooting them, stabbing them, hanging down above them and breaking their necks and grabbing them to drop them over lethal drops?

I prefer Splinter Cell because, well, it's not a throwback from the SNES with an outdated control system and it has a wi-wi-wicked multiplayer mode.
