After you all enjoyed the first series so much (er...) I was sure that you'd want to know this.
But just when you feared that the standard of sketches would improve, they've accepted more of mine.
The format is different, with each show showcasing the work of 6 writers, four sketches each. I've been asked to record a video intro for my sketches.
Anyway, you'd better all vote for me, and get me into the semi-finals.
Oh, and only 60 writers from their many, many entrees (61) got this far. :op

Possibly the worst acting and scripts I've seen since watching those Anakin/Padmé scenes in Episode II.
I don't think there were really only 61 entrees in total. ;o)
TV's a fickle world - if I send a script for something it's more likely to get read if I've had something on TV before, and that, to me, is a good thing.

No offence taken, it's an open competition, anyone could have entered.
It's a good opportunity, and something to put on the writing CV that will hopefully help my other stuff get noticed.

I like the idea of people talking to each other in "txt spk": trying to order "1 pnt pls brmn" at a bar, buying "drux cndms" at the chemist, etc. They say "lol" and "brb" as words too.

Hopefully they'll slot it between Celebrity Wrestling and the live rape anxiety show?
Last series was on the Thursday night/ Friday morning at about 12:50 - but on the Saturday it was 3 am.
