"Toenail trouble"

Yesterday one of my toenails nearly came off. It's the toe next to the big toe on my right foot. At the moment it's attached and I think it would really hurt if I tried to pull the rest of it off. Any suggestions what I should do?

Just pull it off. It'll be like a weight off your shoulders, amd it'll grow back in a month or so.
