Been searching on the web + in a few shops around my area.
A couple that caught my eye were..
HP Pavilion 3000+
-AMD Sempron 3000+ Mobile processor
-512MB DDR RAM
-ATi Radeon IGP 128MB graphics
-DVD-RW
-40GB hard drive
-Wi-Fi wireless
£599
OR...
Tiny Powerlite CM3400 PRO
Pretty much the same but with..
-Intel Celeron M processor 340
-128MB Ati Mobility Radeon 9700 Pro (M11) Graphics
at £799
My budget is £800.
Are Sempron processors any good? and how much difference are there between the two Radeon graphics cards?
Im no expert but I know the basics so any opinions or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Can they be changed when you order then? like customise and buy? They look rather nice but I would want some Radeon or GeForce graphics

Someone linked me to an ADVENT 7074 which seemed to have very good specs but its got a Pentium 4.
This is what it is..
Intel Pentium 4 processor 3.20GHz

512 Mb
60 Gb Hard Drive
DVD-RW Optical Drive
15" TFT display
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
64Mb ATi Mobility Radeon 9100 Graphics
and aIntel Pentium 4 processor 3.20GHz

60 Gb Hard Drive
DVD-RW Optical Drive
15" TFT display
Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition
64Mb ATi Mobility Radeon 9100 Graphics

I'd avoid DELL like the plague too. Just recently bought a couple of notebooks for various people including myself, Can highly recomend:
ACER AS1682WLMI @ £749.99 http://www.comet.co.uk/comet/html/cache/320_237922.html
FUJITSU SIEMENS AMILO A 7640 32 @ £699.99 (Gen Athlon 64 NOT Semperon) http://www.comet.co.uk/comet/html/cache/320_239046.html
The spec on both of them are awesome for the price point, though Iprefer the ACER myself for the awesome quality of the screen and it being a wide screen too.
Sorry never had a lappie before.
What about HP? Its not a Pentium. It's a AMD SEMPRON 3000+ but 512 RAM and 128 ATi graphics
Dell or Tosh do a decent range at reasonable prices, good all round laptops with efficient support.
