Because my advanced higher maths paper was the most impossible exam to ever grace the earth.

You took advanced higher maths...Oh dear.
Higher was awful as well, to be honest.
You should have wrote a essay in L33t speak and hoped that there where enough right numbers in it.

3 HOURS LONG!
But yeah, I'd done the past papers, and they were difficult, but people that look at next years past papers will pity us.
And, as usual, I struggled up until about 3:45, where I began to realise what the answers were, but never ever manage to get them all down in time.
I ended up with some 2 page answer for the first question - worth 3 marks "differentiate x³.tan 2x"
And then I had some 18 line epic later on with loads on sin²x cos²x's and some sin^4x's
I wept.

Although i always thought i did badly at exams then it normally worked out quite well.
