You are spamming, your posts are pointless and unnecessary and you do deserve the warning.
Don't feel obliged to post in every thread or reply to everyone's posts and stop resurrecting old threads which no-one's posted in for a while. the reason they sunk down the list is because noobody is interested in them anymore.
I used to be able to tolerate your posting frequency/quality, but recently it's becoming unbearable.
