Anyone know any good places to buy Mosters Inc Sully soft toys?

My girlfriends birthday is coming up and her favourite Disney film is Monsters Inc so i thought i would get her a Sully soft toy (among other gifts). Cant find anywhere to get one though, even the disney store doesnt have one.

Anyone know any good soft toy places please?

I think we have a few kicking about my workplace. We got given loads to give away with Sky subscriptions.
