Rooney's volley is probably the best to look at, but I don't think it's technically the best.

Due to the fact Bergers was somewhat of a fluke, I don't think he'll get it.

Gerrards and Edmans are also excellent in their own rights.

I think that in the end, they all deserve it. However, it'll just go down to what Hansen bases it on.
