Limp Bizkit's latest underground release has been on sale for a few weeks now and I'm wondering if any of the 60,000 that picked up a copy are on here?

There was no press, no nothing for the release which features a second part released later in the year.

I think it is incredible, a bit like Rage Against The Machine in some ways.

I advise you download The Truth (It's okay, Limp Bizkit are encouraging it) and see for yourself.

Don't judge on the past Bizkit. This is a very new style.

There a good laugh, most songs you can jump around to at a concert and a few can be powerful (Although this is normally through Fred's anger rather than the lyrical content)...

Hardly my favorite band but I listen to them a lot.

And after all that stupid looking climbing and protest Rage did when LB were around...

That was actually really weird.

I've always maintained that they're the heavier side of 'Party Music'.

They're good, but you take them seriously at your peril.

Album wise yes. Although when I see them live I'd rather listen to the stadium happy anthems they're famous for.

They do seem to improve with each album.

This album is a little like Rage. In fact most reviewers seem to think so too.

Fred also said, when talking about this EP, that it was supposed to be released at EP price and the retailers are swindling. It is also apparent, as this album is being released underground, that to release it in 2 versions should help the second album to sell as the hype will still be surrounding them.

RATM had brains + Tom Morello + style

Limp Bizkit has Fred Durst. Despite Wes Borland, they still suck.

Apparently, Fred's already written Part 2, so he's basically a scheming little tw@t, as he could have quite easily sold it as one album. But this is Fred Durst, so, you know..

Also, I can't quite believe that the original poster found similarities between LB and RATM. The distinct difference is that LB suck, whilst RATM rule.

Urgh.
